⏱ Time
Start / Stop — Runs the live counter in H:MM:SS. Stop files a finished entry.
Break / Resume — Pauses counting; the counter turns purple. Break minutes are subtracted from the entry, not added.
Totals & goal — Pick this week / biweek / month / a custom date range. Use ‹ › to step to earlier or later periods. The bar fills toward the hour target you set on the Goals tab; it turns green once met.
Monthly report — Pick a month to see hours, placements (interest placements + territory 📕 literature), and Bible studies. Export saves it as a .txt file.
Close month & carry partial hour — Rounds the month down to whole hours and pushes the leftover fraction into next month. 10:30 → keeps 10:00, carries 0:30 forward. Both months get labeled (✓ CLOSED / Carried in). Tap again to reopen and undo.
Manual entry — Log time you forgot to track. An end time earlier than the start counts as overnight.
Entries in range — Edit reopens any entry (timer or manual) with a live net-time preview. ✕ deletes it.
📅 Goals
Calendar — ● shows hours logged that day, ○ shows the goal; green means met. Tap any day to set a one-off goal for just that date, overriding recurring goals. Blank returns it to the recurring value.
Hour targets — Weekly / biweekly / monthly / custom-range targets that drive the bars on the Time tab. Biweek anchor is any date a two-week period starts on, so H2H knows which weeks pair up.
Scheduled vs goal — Adds up every scheduled hour in the period (recurring goals + day overrides) and compares it to the target, so you can see if your schedule actually covers your goal before the period starts.
Recurring goals — Two patterns: Every week on… (pick weekdays) or Monthly on the Nth weekday (1st Friday, 2nd Saturday, Last Sunday, etc.). Multiple goals on the same day stack.
📓 Interest
A notepad for return visits. Records person, location, time, placement, what you discussed, what to discuss next time, and free notes.
📍 GPS — Stamps coordinates so the record can auto-link to a territory house.
📖 Bible study — Marks the record as a study; counted in the monthly report.
Search — Matches across name, location, notes, and discussion fields. Edit pulls a record back into the form.
🗺 Territory
Road carries over — After saving, the road name stays put and only the house # clears, so you just type the next number.
Markers — 🏠 Home · 🚪 Not home · 📕 Literature (adds a "what did you leave" field) · 👨 Man · 👩 Woman · 🚫 No trespassing · 🐕 Beware of dog · ⚠️ Hostile sign · 📵 Do not call · 🏚️ Abandoned · ⛺ Camp · ✉️ Mail later.
Auto-attached — GPS, timestamp, and compass heading save with each house. Tap Enable compass once to grant heading access.
Side of road — Auto uses the odd/even rule plus your compass heading: the first house on a road sets the reference direction, and anything recorded while facing back the other way flips automatically. Override per house by tapping Side to cycle left → right → corner.
🔄 Flip — Mirrors left/right for every address at once, whether it was set automatically or by hand. Corners stay corners.
+ territory — On each road header; assign roads to a named territory to group them. Unassigned roads collect at the bottom.
Sort / View — Chronological or by house number; single list or left/right columns.
🔗 Auto-linking
Territory and Interest records connect automatically when the address text matches or the GPS points fall within 30 m. Tap the badge on either record to jump to its counterpart.
💾 Your data
Everything is stored on this device in this browser only — nothing is uploaded. Clearing site data erases it, and each web address keeps its own separate copy.
Export saves a full JSON backup; Import restores it or moves it to another device. Back up regularly.
